At that time, you assigned the OES <br /> control number 99-5451 to this spill event. Notification was also made to: Art Bentley at <br /> the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services at 12:15 PM on 12/28/99, Doug <br /> Wilson at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department at 12:20 PM on <br /> 12/28/99, and Petty Officer Turman with the National Response Center at 12:25 PM on <br /> 12/28/99. The NRC assigned control number 515614 to this spill event. <br /> • There was a release on 12/28/99 at approximately 10:30 AM located at Schulte Road, <br /> west of Corral Hollow Road in Tracy, San Joaquin County, California 95376. A pickup <br /> truck struck a utility pole, knocking over a 276 Kva Regulator. Approximately 100 <br /> gallons of mineral oil was discharged to the surrounding soil.
