Contact EHD to perform the following inspections: <br /> a. Pressure and soap test on new piping for the waste oil tank <br /> b. 24 hour lake test on the new and repaired sumps <br /> c. Functionality test on all new monitoring equipment and overfill prevention <br /> 2. All piping and components must bear a LJL label. <br /> 3. Overfill prevention must satisfy California Code of Regulations 2635(b)(2). <br /> 4. If piping, additional to what is planned, is to be repaired or replaced Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) must be notified so that an inspection can be arranged and <br /> parts can be approved prior to commencing work. Per Environmental Health assessment <br /> of findings, new plans, a permit application, and sampling may be required to be <br /> submitted. <br /> 5 A 3"party tank integrity must be performed on the unleaded and waste oil tanks once the <br /> site is returned to operating conditions. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days <br /> of returning the site to operating conditions. <br /> 6. A 3rd party piping integrity must be performed on the waste oil tanks once the site is <br /> returned to operating conditions. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of <br /> returning the site to operating conditions. <br /> 7. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 8.
