Hazard determination for all chemicals in use or stored on company property . C . Appropriate labels on containers of all chemicals used . D. Material Safety Data will bo AvAi 1At1ko, for all chemical products on the property . E . Employees ' will be trained to recognize and interpret labels , warnings , color coding and signs affixed to containers . in order to avoid and/or lessen potential hazards . F . Employees will be trained in the use of Material Safety Data Sheets , their location and availability , in order to avoid and/or lessen potential hazards . G . This written Hazard Communication Program will be available upon request to employees , their designated representative (s) , Emergency Personnel , and interested members of the community . H . Administrative responsibilities for this program are hereby assigned to the Safety Officer . Rhonda Keys has been designated as the Safety officer of this company . Rhonda will be responsible for the execution and continual audit of this program on a day-to-day basis and is hereby given the necessary authority to perform her responsibilities . V . CHEMICAL LISTS : A . A list of all chemicals used or stored on company property will be assembled and maintained , updated in a timely fashion to reflect the chemicals actually in use or stored on company property . These will be maintained in a central file kept in Rhonda Keys ' office . Each department supervisor will have a master set and one set will be placed in the shop area and will be available to any employee upon request . B . Provide procedures and policies to Purchasing and other departments to insure compliance with the chemicals lists regulations . These shall include ;
