RGS0024-87 for <br /> the installation of 2 , 000 gallon underground transformer oil <br /> storage tank and and a concrete contained steel sump at the <br /> Stockton Service Center , the undersigned agrees to execute a <br /> contract to perform the work in accordance with the <br /> specifications and drawings for the following sums , excluding the <br /> cost of surety bond , if required , but including taxes incurred in <br /> the performance thereof .
