The following <br /> items are considered part of the plans and specifications for <br /> both the Tracy and Victor P .G . & E . Service Centers . <br /> 1 . Product and vapor recovery lines will be double-walled. <br /> 2 . Extractor vent valves will be provided for vent and <br /> vapor recovery lines . Please refer to attachments for <br /> typical extractor vent valve . <br /> 3 . The anular space of the double-wall piping as shown on <br /> the extractor fitting detail of the project plans will <br /> be open as the pipe enters the sump . This will enable <br /> monitoring of the anular space by the use of a sensor <br /> inside the sump .
