Schedule deliveries so as to <br /> minimize space and time requirements for storage of <br /> materials and equipment on site . <br /> 4 . 5 Tradespersons and Workmanship Standards : <br /> 4. 5 . 1 General : Instigate and maintain procedures to ensure that <br /> persons performing work at site are skilled and <br /> knowledgeable in methods and craftsmanship needed to <br /> produce required quality levels for workmanship in <br /> completed work. Remove and replace work which does not <br /> comply with workmanship standards as specified and as <br /> recognized in the construction industry for applications <br /> indicated . Remove and replace other work damaged or <br /> deteriorated by faulty workmanship or its replacement . <br /> 4 . 6 Inspections Tests , and Reports <br /> 4. 6. 1 General : Required inspection and testing services are <br /> intended to assist in determination of probable <br /> compliances of work with requirements , but do not relieve <br /> Contractor of responsibility for those compliances or for <br /> general fulfillment of requirements of contract documents . <br /> Specified inspections and tests are not intended to limit <br /> Contractor ' s quality control program. Afford reasonable ' <br /> access to agencies performing tests and inspections . <br /> Project Engineer Tests : Where tests or inspections are <br /> indicated , these will be performed by the project <br /> engineer . <br /> IV-2 <br />
