WILSON WAY <br /> STOCKTON CA 95205 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) has reviewed the Preliminary Site Assessment report for this site. <br /> Based on the contaminants present, further investigation to determine the extent of <br /> the soil and/or groundwater contamination is required. <br /> An "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site <br /> Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 25295 of the Health and Safety Code <br /> (HSC). The appropriate disclosure of a hazardous waste discharge pursuant to <br /> Section 25180.7 of the HSC has been made, and the site has been placed on the list <br /> of contaminated sites in San Joaquin County which is maintained by PHS/EHD. <br /> PHS/EHD under contract with the State of California Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) oversees the investigation and remediation of contamination from leaking <br /> UST's. Responsible parties must take corrective action in response to an <br /> unauthorized release, in compliance with Section 25299.37 of the HSC and <br /> Corrective Action Regulations adopted pursuant to Section 25299.77 of the HSC. <br /> PHS/EHD uses the SWRCB "Prioritization System for Leaking Underground Storage <br /> Tank Sites" to prioritize all the contaminated sites.
