This document is the Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Plan as required by California <br /> UST Regulations, Section 2632(e)(1). This UST Monitoring Plan pertains to the Three- <br /> 10,000 gallon UST's located at 2211 N. Wilson Way, Stockton, CA 95205. <br /> The UST's are monitored on a 24 hour basis by a continuous electronic monitoring system. <br /> The monitoring system is capable of detecting a release of material from the UST's on a 24 <br /> hour basis. The monitoring equipment is located within the building on site. <br /> Mr. Sheldon Heckman, the se maw'manaff at Stockton Lift Truck Service is responsible <br /> for maintaining the UST's monitoring equipment. The maintenance of the monitoring <br /> equipment is to be handled only by Mr. Heckman or the individual who takes over the <br /> position of service manager at Stockton Lift Truck Service. <br /> ,/The reporting format used for monitoring the USTs would include the following: <br /> • Written input/output log,maintained daily <br /> • Written documentation of weekly testing of the tanks monitoring equipment. <br /> This test would be the pushing of the tanks"alarm test" button. <br /> .f The UST's continuous electronic monitoring system is to be inspected on a yearly basis <br /> to assure operability and accuracy of the system. <br /> The training for the operation of the tank system and monitoring equipment has been <br /> established by the service manager of Stockton Lift Truck Service and is provided only to <br /> those dispensing from the USTs. The training system includes the following: <br /> • Instructions on use of monitoring equipment originally provided by system <br /> installer. <br /> • Yearly training on system maintenance is provided by the company <br /> who performs the yearly inspection of the monitoring equipment. This training <br /> is documented and maintained by the Service Manager. <br />
