This document is the Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Plan as required by California UST Regulations, Section 2632(e)(1). This UST Monitoring Plan pertains to the Three- 10,000 gallon UST's located at 2211 N. Wilson Way, Stockton, CA 95205. The UST's are monitored on a 24 hour basis by a continuous electronic monitoring system. The monitoring system is capable of detecting a release of material from the UST's on a 24 hour basis. The monitoring equipment is located within the building on site. Mr. Sheldon Heckman, the se maw'manaff at Stockton Lift Truck Service is responsible for maintaining the UST's monitoring equipment. The maintenance of the monitoring equipment is to be handled only by Mr. Heckman or the individual who takes over the position of service manager at Stockton Lift Truck Service. ,/The reporting format used for monitoring the USTs would include the following: • Written input/output log,maintained daily • Written documentation of weekly testing of the tanks monitoring equipment. This test would be the pushing of the tanks"alarm test" button. .f The UST's continuous electronic monitoring system is to be inspected on a yearly basis to assure operability and accuracy of the system. The training for the operation of the tank system and monitoring equipment has been established by the service manager of Stockton Lift Truck Service and is provided only to those dispensing from the USTs. The training system includes the following: • Instructions on use of monitoring equipment originally provided by system installer. • Yearly training on system maintenance is provided by the company who performs the yearly inspection of the monitoring equipment. This training is documented and maintained by the Service Manager.
