Monitoring procedure . <br /> Per Section 2632 ( d) <br /> ( 1 ) Tank monitoring will be continuous by use of the <br /> Total Containment monitoring system model #TC- <br /> 3000 . The system provides an alarm in the presence <br /> of hydrocarbons . <br /> System test will be made each business day as part <br /> of startup . <br /> The monitor will be tested by unit manager. <br /> Judson Atwater of California Fuels will be respons- <br /> ible person for compliance and system maintenance. <br /> 3 . Response plan. <br /> Per Section 2632 (d) ( 2 ) (A) ; (B) <br /> (A) Discovery of release into secondary containment <br /> shall initiate the following procedure : <br /> 1. Site manager shall. notify Judson Atwater or designee. <br /> 2 . Release shall be purged from secondary containment . <br /> 3 . Investigation shall commence within 24 hours to <br /> determine cause of release . <br /> 4 . If release is continous and not a one time trace- <br /> able accident , system shall be shutdown and repairs <br /> undertaken. <br /> 5 . Judson Atwater is the responsible part' under this <br /> section. <br /> Per Section 2635 ( B ) 9A, 9B, 9C <br /> ( 9 ) The overflow protection. . . shall be waived for under- <br /> ground storage tanks . . . an which a spill catchment <br /> basin surrounds the fill pipe and prevents inflow. . . <br /> into the subsurface environment . <br />
