<br /> Recordable Releases: Any unauthorized release front primary containment which the US'f operator is able to clean tap within eight(g)hours after the mlcase was
<br /> detested or should reasonably have been detected.and which docs not escape train secondary containment,does not increase the hazaM of fire or explosion,and docs
<br /> lint cause any deterioration ofseeondary containment,must be recorded in Elie facility's monitoring rcmrds. Monitoring mcoids nnast include:
<br /> D The UST opaalol's name and telephone number;
<br /> 'r A list of the types.quantities,and concentrations of hazarclons substances released;
<br /> 'r A description of the actions taken to control and clean tap the release;

<br /> Reportable ltelensm: Any overfill,spill,or unauthorized release which aseapcs front secondary containment(or primary containment if no secondary containment
<br /> exists),increases the hazard of fire or explosion.or causes any deterioration ofsecondary containment,is a reportable release. Reparable releasesum also recordable.
<br /> Within 24 hours after a reputable release Inas been detected,or should have been detected, \vin will notify Ills local agency administering the US'r program of the
<br /> release,investigate the release,and take immediate measures to stop the release. if necessary,or if ia)uired by Elie local agency,renntining stored prorluc/wase will
