I have enclosed a letter <br /> showing our procedure. Also I may note we use a degreaser to help in our <br /> cleaning method. <br /> As regards hazardous waste generated it will hauled away by <br /> California Oil Recyclers INC. <br /> As far as purging and inerting methods we first air the tank <br /> out until we get the L.E.L. to safe levels then we inert it by using <br /> 20 Lbs. Dry Ice per 1000 gallons. <br /> As regards soil samples they will be taken 24 inches below <br /> bottom of tank in undisturbed soil. <br />
