Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were last <br /> performed on June 28, 2013. These tests are required once every 12 months, please make all <br /> necessary arrangements to have these tests scheduled on a routine basis. <br /> 2. On November 12, 2013, the EHD approved an application for a permit(SR0068332)to conduct a <br /> system coldstart after a monitoring system crash on October 17, 2013.This permit approval was issued <br /> to Carl Wayne Henderson (Service Station Testing-SST Inc). Please contact Wayne at 209-465-5577 <br /> to make all appropriate arraignments to verify the functionality of the monitoring system, however, if the <br /> arrangement to use the existing permit could not be made, please obtain a new permit and verify <br /> monitoring system functionality under the inspection from the EHD. The existing permit will expire 180 <br /> days from the date of approval. Contact Elena Manzo to arrange this inspection. <br /> 3. Secondary containment testing was last conducted on October 25, 2010. Secondary <br /> containment testing is required once every 36 months and is past due at this time.
