The former underground storage tank(s) (UST) cannot be recommended for final <br /> closure without further investigation to determine the full extent of the soil and/or groundwater problem. <br /> In addition,PHS/EHD is providing you notification that an"Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release <br /> (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report"has been filed pursuant to Section 25295(a)of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> In addition, the appropriate disclosure of a hazardous waste discharge pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the <br /> Health and Safety Code has been made. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your facility, San Joaquin County PHS/EHD <br /> has been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing <br /> the investigation of leaking UST's.
