In September and October, their inventory data showed a conversion
chart problem which made it impossible to detect a loss. Using the data they had submitted
to me, I did an analysis and determined the correct conversion chart for their tank. Then
I went back and substituted the new chart into their data, using the inches they had
recorded. This analysis covered the period from August 19 through October 31, and showed
no loss, with a minimum detectable leak of 0.02 gph. Therefore I conclude that they had
no detectable loss during the time they had the chart problem. Also enclosed is a copy of
the new conversion chart which I have provided to them. If you have any questions, or wish
to discuss this analysis with me, please feel free to contact me at 1-800-WRA-SIRA (972-
7472) ext-13.
,-,44141ek
David C.
