This is a Class II violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD, the submitted plan indicated external audible/visual as an overfill protection in addition to the fill tube shut-off valve, no external audible visual alarm was observed at the time of inspection. Also monitoring for the secondary containment of onsite UDCs was identified in the reviewed monitoring plan, the onsite UDC's are single walled. The updated monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD.
