This alarm system <br /> is equiped with an audio horn, a visual red flashing light, as well as a paper strip <br /> monitor printer that immediately prints out type of distress the oil tank may be <br /> experiencing. <br /> REP N IBLE PARTY <br /> BRAD MONIZ Day Phone: 1 (209) 833-3100 <br /> Night Phone: 1 (209) 529-6262 <br /> DAILY QPERATION <br /> Brad Moniz will on all days (holidays and days closed excluded) that Orchard Supply <br /> Hardware Distribution Center is open for business do the following: <br /> 1) Test the alarm. This is done by pushing the alarm test button and <br /> observing both the red warning light (that it is functioning and clear of obstruction), <br /> and that the warning horn is working ( clear audio sound and no obstruction). <br /> 2) Run a TEST paper strip from the alarm monitor printer. This test strip <br /> is to be signed and kept in its own file located in the maintainence office. The Alarm <br /> panel is labeled " Test strips run daily are kept in the Maintenance Office". <br /> 3) Visually inspect the area of the waste oil tank ( checking for damage to <br /> the ground above the tank, damage to the steel access plates that cover the cleanout <br /> cap, and finally any ground surface discoloration that could indicate leaking waste <br /> oil) . <br />
