(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) to document the underground storage tank <br /> (UST) removal activities at the above referenced site. Cambria performed inspections and soil <br /> sampling following the removal of two gasoline USTs, one waste oil tank, four product <br /> dispensers, associated product piping, and three hoists. The work was performed to comply with <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)guidelines. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of North Main Street <br /> and Louise Avenue in Manteca, California (Figure 1). The site is a former Shell service station <br /> that contained two USTs, four dispenser islands, and a waste oil UST. The station building with <br /> an adjacent car wash, and two dispenser island canopies remain at the site (Figure 2). Properties <br /> surrounding the subject property are a mixture of residential properties and commercial <br /> properties. Commercial properties are generally located at the intersection of North Main Street <br /> and Louise Avenue and to the north and south along North Main Street. Residential properties <br /> are located in all directions from the subject site. <br /> SAMPLING ACTIVITIES AND SAMPLE ANALYSES <br /> FIST Removal: Two 15,000-gallon fiberglass gasoline USTs were removed on December 7,2004 <br /> Cambria by Paradiso Mechanical, Inc. (Paradiso) of San Leandro, California.
