All job site vehicles will be equipped with a <br /> service brake, parking brake and emergency <br /> brake system. <br /> In the event of open excavations, which is a hazard to on-site <br /> workers, the following policy regarding excavations will be <br /> followed: <br /> • Entry into excavations greater than 4 feet deep is <br /> prohibited, unless the requirements of T8 CCR 1541 are <br /> met. <br />
