High Alarm will activate in the event of a probe <br />failure. <br />' 6.2.8 Units to Metric: The controller is pre- <br />programmed to read in U.S. units. If you require <br />metric units, press F, 93, ENT, 1 and ENT. <br />' 6.2.9 High water Alarm Level: Press F, 76 and <br />ENT. Enter the number of inches at which the <br />high water alarm is to activate and press ENT. <br />' 6.2.10 Linear Scale (for Vertical Tanks Only): <br />Press F, 77 and ENT. Enter the inch to gallon <br />ratio for a vertical tank. For a horizontal tank, <br />' enter 0 and press ENT. <br />6.2.11 High Level Alarm: Press HI and enter <br />the number of gallons at which the high product <br />' alarm will be activated, press ENT. Press TANK <br />NO. to advance to the next tank to be <br />programmed, enter the correct gallons and press <br />ENT. <br />6.2.12 Low Level Alarm: Press LO and enter <br />the number of gallons at which the low product <br />alarm will be activated, press ENT. Press TANK <br />' NO. to advance to the next tank to be <br />programmed and enter the correct gallons and <br />press ENT. <br />' 6.2.13 Theft Gallon Limit: Press F, 79 and <br />ENT. Enter the number of gallons (10-99 gallon <br />limit) dropped which will activate the theft gallon <br />alarm. Note: This function is only active when in <br />' the Leak Detect mode. <br />6.2.14 Net vs. Gross Gallons: The controller is <br />pre-programmed to read volume in temperature <br />' compensated gallons. If you desire to read gross <br />gallons press F, 80. ENT, 1 and ENT. <br />6.2.15 Product Label Code: Press F, 78 and <br />' ENT. Enter the correct product label code (See <br />Table 6.2 to determine proper code), then press <br />ENT. Press TANK NO. to advance to the next <br />tank and repeat the procedure. When program- <br />ming is completed. press F, 291 and ENT, which <br />will end the Calibration mode and reactivate the <br />printer. Turn the Mode key to Run mode and <br />remove the key. <br />' 6.3 Programming Leak Detect Threshold, <br />Auto and Manual Mode <br />Insert the Mode key and turn to the program posi- <br />tion. Enter F, 290, and press ENT. <br />6.3.1 Leak Detect Threshold: Press F, 75 and <br />ENT and enter the gallons per/hour at which the <br />leak warning alarm will activate (i.e. .2 gal- <br />Ions/hour), then press ENT. Press TANK NO. to <br />' advance to the next tank to be programmed. <br />6.3.2 Leak Detect Start (Manual): Press F, 85 <br />and ENT. Enter the number of the tank or tanks <br />' to be tested (i.e. 1, 2 etc.) then press ENT. The <br />10 <br />tank(s) selected are now in the Leak Detect <br />mode. <br />6.3.3 Leak Detect Stop (Manual): Press F, 86 <br />and ENT. Enter the number of the tank or tanks <br />to be removed from the leak test mode and <br />press ENT. The selected tank(s) are now out of <br />the Leak Detect mode. <br />6.3.4 Leak Detect Mode (Auto): Individual tanks <br />can be tested daily, weekly or monthly. Press F, <br />87 and ENT, and enter the number of the tank or <br />tanks which are to be tested and press ENT. For <br />example, if tanks 1 and 3 are to be tested, press <br />1 and 3 followed by pressing ENT. Enter the fre- <br />quency that the tanks are to tested (I =Daily, <br />2=Weekly, 3=Monthly) and press ENT. <br />6.3.5 Enable and Disable Auto Leak Function: <br />When tank(s) are programmed for Auto Leak <br />Detect mode the number(s) of those tanks are <br />automatically entered in F 88. If for any reason <br />you choose to suspend testing on one or all of <br />the tanks, use Function 88. If at a later date you <br />choose to continue testing, use this function to <br />activate the programmed Leak Test mode. Press <br />F, 88 and ENT then enter the tank number of <br />each tank which you want to enable or disable, <br />then press ENT. <br />6.3.6 Print Auto Leak Detect Set-up Times: <br />Press F, 89 and ENT. The X76 ETM will print the <br />leak detect set-up parameters. <br />When programming is complete, enter F, 291 <br />and ENT, and turn the Mode key to Run. <br />6.4 Input Contacts <br />The X76 ETM provides 8 contact inputs to <br />monitor passive contact closures. To activate <br />this function press F, 65 and ENT. Enter the total <br />number of contact closures you want to use and <br />press ENT. <br />6.5 Output Relays <br />Turn the Mode key to program and press F, 290 <br />and ENT. The X76 ETM is equipped with four <br />output relays that can be programmed to <br />respond to different program functions. Press F, <br />81, and enter the desired relay number, (see <br />Table 6.1: Function Codes) and press ENT. <br />Enter the desired function number (1=Hi Alarm, <br />2=Low Alarm, 3=High Water Alarm, 4=Theft <br />Alarm, 5=Contact), and press ENT. Repeat this <br />process to program each relay. When program- <br />ming is completed, press F, 291 and ENT. Turn <br />the Mode key to the Run position and remove <br />the key. <br />
