I <br />. Provide the name. address, and phone numbers of the contractor(s). facility ,2- <br />owner(s), and operator(s), <br />. Provide four complete sets of plans. (One to be retained by this office). <br />Include specification sheets, equipment brochures. monitoring, and response <br />plans. <br />Provide plans to scale in nonerasable blueprint. <br />CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS <br />- Location(s) and number of tanks. ULA1 Tern cc,-- <br />PC, I-) <br />2. Type of tank(s) to be installed, <br />A. Steel clad with fiberglass reinforced plastic. <br />1. 35.000 to 40,000 volt Holiday Test required before "setting" tank(s) <br />ground. <br />B. Fibergl�4 <br />�- Strike late dimensions and materials. 7 <br />2. -kcr plates under all accessible opening4.� <br />C. Nonclad steel <br />I. Cathodic protection provided (including nuts, bolts, washers, etc.). <br />a. Approved by a corrosion engineer or MACE ,technician. <br />b. Document stating inspection method and frequency (Minimum semi- <br />annual inspection required). <br />D. Other types of tanks <br />I. Construction specification standards for durability. <br />G `3. Tank Capacity (List specific gallonage? �� Z Oar �� C n � s► ` <br />�4- Contents to be stored in each tank (Be specific). <br />A. Verification of product compatibility with the tank(s), piping, monitoring <br />device(s), epoxy or silicone glues, etc. <br />1. List testfng organization and approval.' `a <br />5. Provide manufacturers written installation instructions. (Include all piping, <br />monitors, tan s, etc. <br />Note - NFPA 30 Test required before covering tank and systems. NFPA 30 Test <br />is requ}rec_on BOTH the Primary and Secondary containment systems. <br />Double walled tanks using pressure or vacuum testing to monitor annular <br />space are exempt from testing secondary container. <br />Note - NFPA 329 "Precision Test" required upon com lotion of installations. <br />One test result copy to be sent directly to ER's -department from the <br />testing company. <br />
