r <br />MONITORING SYSTEM RESPONSE PLAN <br />OEC 31987 <br />ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH <br />FERMIT/SERVICES <br />DATE: October 12, 1987 <br />FACILITY: Shell Service Station <br />OWNER: She <br />OPERATOR: <br />TANK I.D. <br />The secondary containment system of the underground WASTE OIL storage <br />tank will be continuously monitored by a RONAN X765 e-iectron c monitor <br />using liquid sensing probes set to immediate response time. This <br />electronic monitoring panel is located in the service room near the tank <br />area. <br />The electronic monitor will be tested DAILY by the station operator. In <br />the case of an alarm condition, the station operator will immediately <br />contact SHELL OIL COMPANY who will dispatch a qualified maintenance <br />vontractor to physicaTly inspect the installation and report the cause <br />of the alarm. All tank filling will stop during the period of <br />investigation. <br />If response, clean-up, and resumption of normal operations occurs within <br />8 hours of initial alarm, the incident will be recorded in an on-site <br />log book and no contact will be made with the San Joaquin Courcy <br />Department of Environmental Resources. <br />If the response to the alarm condition cannot be rectified within 8 <br />hours, the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Resources <br />shall be notified at (209) 571-5032. <br />Perrms allowed to authorize the aforementioned work are: <br />Station operator: _ � ! � � r" i <br />Station Owner: SHELL OIL COMPANY <br />r r r 915 481-0400 <br />24 HOUR RESP0NSE PERSON: 209 S 7.9 115 o til <br />01 <br />oe <br />018721503 <br />
