Robert McClellon CAMBRIA
March 20, 1998
Site Inspection Activities: Cambria inspected the waste oil tank area Based on Cambria's March 17, 1998
telephone conversation with Robert McClellon sampling at 1998 upgrade waste oil projects is not required
unless there is evidence of hydrocarbons. No field indications of hydrocarbons, such as staining or odor, were
observed during the site visit. Therefore no sampling was required at the site.
CONCLUSIONS
Due to the absence of observable hydrocarbons, additional investigation of the waste oil tank area is not
warranted at this time.
CLOSING
We appreciate the opportunity to work with you on this project.
