Bertorello, Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent <br /> 2127 Adeline, Oakland, CA 94607 <br /> 415-891-0633 (business), 415-372-7265 (home — nights and weekends) <br /> DESCRIPTION OF LOCAL GEOLOGY: The soil is clay and the groundwater table <br /> varies from 5' to 12' in depth. <br /> TANK MONITORING: The tanks have been emptied of all liquids, the vapors have <br /> been purged, and the electrical power has been disconnected. The fill and <br /> access locations and piping are sealed utilizing locked caps. The caps are <br /> further secured with meter seals. <br /> The tanks will be inspected once every three months to ensure above conditions <br /> are maintained. The inspection will include a visual inspection of the locked <br /> caps to verify they remain intact. If the meter seals are broken, the caps <br /> will be removed and "dip sticking" will be used to ensure no liquids have been <br /> added to the tanks. The quarterly inspections will continue until the tank is <br /> removed. <br /> TANK SCHEDULED FOR REMOVAL: Fiscal Year 1989, <br /> UNAUTHORIZED RELEASES: Any unauthorized release will be reported to the local <br /> authority per Section 2650 of the California Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations. <br /> THROUGHPUT: Tanks are empty and out of service with no intended future use. <br /> SC.619 <br />
