Cottle Sr. , General Engineering Contractor, utilizing the Petrotite <br /> tank and line test system. Tank #1 registered no leakage. Tank #2 registered <br /> "no leakage." <br /> CHOICE OF MONITORING: Alternative #5: Dally Inventory Reconciliation <br /> Annual Tank Testing <br /> Annual Meter Calibration <br /> DETAILED EXPLANATION OF INVENTORY CONTROL METHODS: Product tanks: Tanks will <br /> be gauged daily for fuel using a dipstick. The amount of fuel on hand will be <br /> recorded on inventory reconciliation form SD-162. Pump meter totalizers will <br /> be read at end of each shfit and recorded on form S-32. Inventory will be <br /> reconciled between throughput and that day' s inventory on hand (dipstick <br /> reading) . Daily inventory variations will be recorded and compared to the <br /> allowable variance. <br /> Fuel deliveries will be metered from the truck compartments, recorded and <br /> checked with stick gauging after delivery. All readings will be recorded on <br /> EBMUD form SD-162 (attached) and submitted to the Equipment Maintenance <br /> Clerical office for filing. <br /> UNAUTHORIZED RELEASES: Any unauthorized release will be reported to the local <br /> authority per Section 2650 of the California Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations. <br /> THROUGHPUT: <br /> For Calendar Year 1985 Totals Allowable Variance <br /> Unleaded gasoline: 11 ,670 gallons 25 gallons + 0.15% of throughput <br /> Diesel : 4,104 gallons 25 gallons + 0.15% of throughput <br /> SC.508a <br />
