Contact the local fire department, and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br />Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. At least one person who holds the current International Code Council (ICC) <br />"UST Service Technician" certification and manufacturers' certificate of <br />training for all components installed or tested must be onsite at all times when <br />work is performed. <br />3. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a current certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />4. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />5. The monitoring must satisfy this facility's monitoring plan. <br />6. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />7.
