Applicants signature on permit application <br /> 2. Equipment and material specification sheets <br /> 3. The monitoring system must be listed in LG (Letter of Guidance) 113-12 <br /> 4. A Monitoring and Response Plan must be submitted for new installations prior to <br /> the opening of the station <br /> 5. The installation plans should include cross section of tank, secondary containment <br /> and 1(e) submittal of piping run and cross section plans <br /> 6. You must include drawings of sumps for tank and sump monitoring <br /> 7. The piping needs compatable leak detectors <br /> 8.
