Dry ice for gasoline tank inerting is 30 lbs. per 1000 gallon tank size <br /> ✓3. A plot plan is needed showing the location of the present UST's <br /> 4. A US Alert Statement is needed <br /> 5. Depth to groundwater in high water year 1986 is 45 feet <br /> 6. Submit three copies of closure plan <br /> 7. The name of a hauler or explanation is needed, re: Contract with Forward <br /> Enclosed is the disapproved copy of the tank closure plan.
