PUBLIC tEALTH SERVICES 0.4A�1�•..c <br /> �. � ..o <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION <br /> Karen Furst,M.D., M.P.H., Health Officer <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue,Third Floor• Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> SEPTEMBER 17, 1998 ULI <br /> JAMAR SERVICE CA9 Py <br /> 4075 E MAIN STREET <br /> STOCKTON CA 95206 <br /> RE: 4075 E MAIN ST, STOCKTON <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> has recently reviewed the analytical results of the soil and/or water results taken from <br /> beneath the underground storage tank#1667-04, 350 gallon waste oil tank that was <br /> removed from this site on June 6, 1995. <br /> Current standards, laboratory detection limits and/or your site specific characteristics, <br /> replacement of stockpile, which exceeds total lead at allowable 130 ppm and has low <br /> levels of BTXE, make it impossible for PHS/EHD to evaluate your site for closure. <br /> An "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site <br /> Report" has not been filed for this site nor is it considered contaminated. However, if <br /> you find site closure certification is necessary, PHS/EHD would not be able to provide <br /> it without further site investigation. <br /> Should you wish to further investigate your facility, PHS/EHD has been designated by <br /> the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing <br /> the investigation of leaking UST's.
