The <br />nature of the violation is listed below: <br />1. An underground storage tank was found within the sidewalk at the above referenced location. The <br />underground storage tank contains product, which is releasing into the environment. To stop ongoing <br />contamination the product within the tank must be removed immediately by a registered hazardous waste <br />hauler. <br />2. This tank must be removed under a permit from this office. A permit to remove the underground <br />storage tank must be submitted to this office within 30 days. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations.
