No associated piping. <br /> Utilities: <br /> Tank area to be surveyed by U S A prior to tank removal. <br /> Liquid Removal <br /> All liquids in the tank will be removed by Refinery Services <br /> 13331 W. Highway 33, Patterson, California, for recycling or <br /> disposal. <br /> Degas: <br /> Fifteen pounds of dry ice will be added to the tank prior to <br /> the removal process. <br /> Tank Disposal: <br /> The tank will be transported under hazardous waste manifest <br /> by Erickson Inc., to their facility at 255 Parr Blvd., Richmond <br /> California. The tank will be cleaned and cut up for scrap <br /> material. A certificate of disposal will be forwarded directly <br /> to San Joaquin Public Health Agency. <br /> Soil Sample: <br /> One soil sample will be obtained with a backhoe bucket <br /> 2 - 4 feet below the tank in native soil. A representative of <br /> Roy f. Westin labs, 7720 Lorraine Avenue, Stockton, CA, a state <br /> certified lab, will collect the samole in a brass tube with <br />
