Montgomery Engineers, <br /> the contents of the two tanks cannot be pumped directly into the City <br /> sewer collection system. The contents of tanks must be pimped into a <br /> tank trunk, hauled to the treatment plant, and disposed of directly <br /> into the treatment plant headworks. The following conditions must be <br /> met: <br /> 1. The tank contents must be discharged into the headworks only during <br /> periods of high flow at the Treatment Plant. <br /> 2. Limit the discharge to no more than 58 of the plant flow. <br /> 3.
