Clarify the if"Drawing"FS-108-09.4"" referenced on General Notes Item #1 of Sheet <br /> FSO.01 refers to Sheet FS9.04. If not, please provide "Drawing "FS-108-09.4"". <br /> 21. Provide verification or comment from the piping manufacturer if installing the insulation <br /> form (sic) noted on Drawing 4 of Sheet FS9.01 is acceptable. <br /> 22. Provide location of water wells, septic systems, and storm drains (present or proposed) <br /> on the blue print. <br /> 23. Provide information on how installation of the proposed 4000-gallon diesel aboveground <br /> tank will meet Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) rules and <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) requirement. <br /> A copy of Page 4 and 5 (required submittals checklist) of the permit application was not <br /> provided to EHD along with the permit application. While submitting the checklist to EHD is not <br /> required, EHD encourages the use of it to ensure all the required information has been <br /> addressed.
