Revision 1 and 2 are per Health department comments. <br />3 and 4 are based .on two RFIs, regarding the elevations and concrete island, which will not affect at all the permit, these <br />two revisions are more for our use. <br />The revision 5 is based on what Matt spoke with Health Department. Below you can find the e-mail from Kasey Foley to <br />Matt, allowing us to submit the drawings showing the AG sump. <br />Regarding how many AG sumps will have, on equipment schedule, drawing F50.03, item. 58, under quantity is 4, on <br />drawing FS2.16, clouded with delta 5 with the note at the end: TYPICAL OF 4.
