In this case it would be <br /> no different. If you were to change the UDC to an above ground version, it will still need to be double walled and have <br /> continuous monitoring for the primary-and secondary. If the regulated portion of the dispensing unit and/or the <br /> product piping were not within the foot print of the UDC,then a leak diversion device(conversion frame) must be added <br /> that would need to be approved by the SWRCB,since it would be a first of its kind that I know of in our jurisdiction. <br /> Please let me know what the decision of your client is regarding this change to the approved plan and submit a revised <br /> scope of work and plan sheet for the changes that you will propose, if needed.
