1 <br /> All reusable soil sampling equipment will be washed between samples with Alconox soap <br /> followed by a deionized-water rinse. Chain-of-custody procedures using chain-of-custody <br /> forms will be used to document sample handling and transportation. <br /> ' Soil samples will be collected under the direction of San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (SJCEHD) personnel. <br /> All Chem will remove all waste to an approved licensed facility. PSI will obtain an EPA <br /> ' identification number and will provide copies of all manifests, as warranted. <br /> 2.3 LABORATORY ANALYSIS PROGRAM <br /> ' The soil samples collected will be submitted to a State of California Department of <br /> Health Services certified environmental laboratory. All soil samples will be analyzed for <br /> ' TPH as diesel (TPH-D) according to EPA Method 8015M and for Volatile Organic <br /> Compounds (VOCs) according to EPA Method 8260.
