Please revise application for the previously approved permit <br />SR 0068638 with updated information and submit it to EHD immediately. We will need the updated Page 8 <br />signed by the property / tank owner authorizing release of the lab results. <br />Marty stated he would like to crush the fiberglass USTs after properly inerting them and reach acceptable LEL <br />level under inspection by the Fire Department. EHD does not have authority to approve or not approve <br />crushing of inertUSTs.
