MacArthur <br /> Tracy, CA <br /> The permit application to remove the underground storage tank from the above referenced <br /> facility has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Soil samples must be analyzed under the unknown fuel category. See pages 7 & 8 of the <br /> permit application for required analytical tests. <br /> 2. A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br /> 3. Schedule removal appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 4. The tank is to be purged and rinsed prior to removal. <br /> 5. Chemical analyses will be performed on soil samples as specified on page 8 of the permit. <br /> If the results show that contamination is beyond hazardous waste levels, further investigation <br /> or remediation will be necessary. <br /> 6. In addition, the following information must be submitted within 30 days of the removal <br /> date: <br /> (a) Analytical results, mailed from the lab <br /> (b) UST Tracking Record Sheet and Tank Hazardous Waste Manifest <br /> (c) Tank Closure Certification Form <br /> (d) Hazardous Waste Manifest for piping, rinsate, residual fuel, or waste oil receipt if <br /> applicable <br /> (e) Submit the backfill excavation certificate as required by San Joaquin County <br /> 7.
