One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br /> Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br /> International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br /> being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> 5. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 6. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval. If an extension to the expiration date <br /> is required, a written request must be submitted to this office prior to the expiration date. <br /> 7.
