The training program consists of,as a minimum,the following <br /> areas: <br /> 1. Hazard Communication Standard. <br /> 2. Methods for safe handling of hazardous materials. <br /> 3. Proper use of safety equipment. <br /> 4. Responding to emergencies. <br /> 5. Emergency evacuation procedures. <br /> 6. Procedures for cooperation with local emergency response departments. <br /> The facility manager is responsible for administering the training program and insuring that each employee <br /> has been trained in hazardous materials procedures.
