The following <br /> deficiencies must be corrected in order to process the permit application to <br /> completion. <br /> 1) The manufacturer of monitoring system in the proposal for both sites is <br /> • Gilbarco. Please provide the model numbers and the manufacturer cut sheets <br /> for the interstitial sensor, the turbine sump sensor, and the line leak detector. <br /> 2) The existing tanks at 153 E 11'" are MODERN and the proposed turbine <br /> secondary containment will be manufactured by Bravo. Please provide a <br /> statement of compatibility for this arrangement. <br /> 3) Please provide manufacturer cut sheets for the TRUSCO tanks which are to <br /> be installed at 470 N Main St., Manteca. <br /> 4) Please provide an updated monitoring plan, for both sites, which will reflect <br /> the actual equipment that will be used for the proposed system and that <br /> complies with CCR Sec. 2632(d)(1). <br /> 5) Please provide an Emergency Response, plan for 153 E 11'" , that complies <br /> with CCR Sec. 2632 (d)(2). <br /> 6) Please provide health and safety plans for the piping removal at 153 E 11'" <br /> and the tank and piping removal at 470 N Main, Manteca. <br /> 7) Please provide a description in the prints, that complies with CCR Sec. 2636 <br /> (b), stating how corrosion protection will be provided for corrodible <br /> underground piping in direct contact with backfill material. <br /> 8) Please provide a statement in the prints, that complies with CCR Sec. 2636 <br /> ( c)(1), that all piping in secondary containment systems shall be sloped so <br /> that all releases will flow to a collection sump located at the low point of the <br /> underground piping. <br /> • <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
