Construction materials are semi-fluid substances such as concrete and asphalt and solid materials such as pea gravel and excavated dirt Electrical wiring will be connected as necessary. There are no Acutely Hazardous Materials involved as listed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency , Federal Register, April 22, 1987, pages 13397 through 13490. It is anticipated that there will be no requirement for a permit to excavate over five feet in depth from the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health since no persons will be allowed in any excavation over five feet in depth. It is planned to evacuate as much unleaded gasoline as possible by conventional means from the tanks before removal from the ground begins. The tanks will be filled with an inert substance (dry ice) by subcontract. Action.In the.Event of a Spill of Unleaded Gasoline Shut off ignition sources. Stop leak if you can do it without risk.
