Wr&n Monitoring Procedas <br /> Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Program <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring program <br /> are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making <br /> changes. Required by Sections 2632(k)and 2641(h)CCR. <br /> Facility Name: Ultramar Station #3492 <br /> Facility Address: 470 N. Main St., Manteca 95336 <br /> 1. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Leak Sensor II. <br /> Piping: Gilbarco EMC Leak Detectors and sump sensors perform continuous monitoring on <br /> product lines. <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes have float switch that trips impact valve. <br /> 2. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model,will be using for performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Leak Sensor II. <br /> Piping: Gilbarco EMC Leak Detector and Leak Sensor II. <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes monitored continuously. <br /> 3. Describe the location(s)where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should be attached): <br /> Leak Sensor II annular space and sump sensors on tanks. Leak Sensor II control panel <br /> in Manager's office <br /> 4. List the name (s) and title (s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring and/or maintaining the <br /> equipment: <br /> Lauren Rauchman Station Manager Jim Ruch Area Manager; Brian Skillern, District <br /> Manager <br /> 5. Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> Tank: Leak Sensor II gives visual and audible warning Manager records daily on <br /> inspection log <br /> Piping: Leak Sensor II gives visual and audible warnings The Gilbarco EMC leak detector <br /> goes into slow flow. <br /> 6. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: maintenance <br /> must be in accordance with the manufacturers'maintenance schedule but not less than every 12 months. <br /> Preventative maintenance on all equipment is in accordance with the <br /> manufacturers' instructions All product lines leak detectors, and monitoring <br /> eauipment are tested on an annual basis <br /> 7.
