When pump was used, the nozzle shot gas onto the ground. When <br /> the attendant was notified, he said that the gas would evaporate and check on it later. <br /> OBSERVATIONSICOMMENTS: <br /> Inspected the above compliant and it appears that training is being provided. Mandeep Singh the <br /> Assistant Manager stated that when a spill occurs, absorbent is put on top of it and it is disposed of <br /> in the hazardous waste drum. Mr. Singh escorted the EHD inspectors to the solid waste storage <br /> area where one hazardous waste drum was observed.
