The following is missing from the inventory of equipment: 1) Interstitial sensors on all sumps (VR 304). 2) Vent sump sensors (VR 208 /304). 3) Veeder Root vacuum and float sensors on all secondary lines. See attached form for these sensors. 4) Make and model of the monitoring system. The line leak detectors section is not filled out completely for electronic LI-Ds. Send corrected MSC results to the Environmental Health Department.
