The work was conducted in general accordance <br /> with the August 4, 2003 Krazan& Associates, Inc. (Krazan)proposal P03-306, which was authorized on <br /> ' September 2,2003 by Mr.Dan DeHart of Kroeker, Inc. (Kroeker). <br /> ' 2.0 SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site is located on South Mountain House Parkway in Tracy, California. A Pacific Gas & <br /> Electric Company(PG&E)maintenance and storage facility with associated buildings, currently occupies <br /> the subject site. The two USTs(T-1 and T-2), piping, and dispensers were located in the central portion <br /> of the subject site (Figure 1). Stockpiles of soil generated from the UST,piping, and dispenser removals <br /> were located to the south,east,and west of the UST excavation. <br /> ' 3.0 PROCEDURES AND FINDINGS <br /> ' The UST removals and soil sampling activities were conducted under the direction of Mr. Steven C. <br /> Shih, of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). The USTs were <br /> ' removed by Kroeker, Inc., of Fresno, California on July 25, 2003.
