• • Project No. 034-03032
Page No. 3
directed by the SJCEHD,the soil samples were submitted for analysis as summarized in Tables H and 111.
' Copies of the analytical results and sample chain-of-custody records are attached. Soil sample
preparations and preservation methods are noted on laboratory QA/QC pages.
4.0 RECOMMENDATIONS
Krazan recommends that a copy of this report be submitted to the following:
Steven C. Shih
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
' 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor
Stockton, California 95202-2708
' 5.0 LIMITATIONS
' The findings of this report were based upon the results of our field and laboratory investigations, coupled
' with the interpretation of subsurface conditions associated with the UST, piping/diesel dispenser, and
gasoline dispenser excavations. Therefore, the data are accurate only to the degree implied by review of
the data obtained and by professional interpretation.
' The excavations and sample locations were located in the field by review of available maps and by
pacing or tape measurements from existing landmarks. Therefore, the excavations and soil sample
locations should be considered accurate only to the degree implied by the methods used to locate them.
Chemical testing was done by a laboratory approved by the State of California Certified Hazardous
Waste Laboratory. The results of the chemical testing are accurate only to the degree of care of ensuring
' the testing accuracy and the representative nature of the soil samples obtained.
The findings presented herewith are based on professional interpretation using state of the art methods
' and equipment and a degree of conservatism deemed proper as of this report date. It is not warranted that
such data cannot be superseded by future geotechnical, environmental, or technical developments.
1
' KRAZAN&ASSOCIATES,INC.
Offices Serving the Western United States 3403032 Tank Remo"Um
■
