The EHD will generate and provide a complete report to the facility operator. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. **The inspection could not be completed. The technician was unable to remove the plug under the shear valve in the gasoline dispenser (NR-1) in order to connect the leak detector tester box. The 87 leak detector was not tested This testing is required to be completed at least every 12 months and still needs to be completed. Immediately schedule an inspection for the 87 leak detector test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Please be aware that a follow up inspection will be charged at our current hourly rate.
