He stated that the issue was observed by <br /> Bagley Enterprises during an inspection conducted after the monitoring system certification on September 4, 2018 and that <br /> a representative from Containment Solutions conducted an inspection of the two diesel STP sumps on September 27, <br /> 2018. The liquid level in the interstitial space shall be maintained so that a breach in the primary or secondary <br /> containment is detected before the hazardous substance is released into the environment. Correct immediately by having <br /> a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace or repair the failed components with functional components <br /> (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) under permit and inspection by the EHD.
