The issues with responses follow: <br /> Issue#1: <br /> Current financial responsibility documents not on file with the EHD. <br /> Response: <br /> Rudy Tovar the Designated Operator printed results 10/14/10, and showed them to you. I have <br /> also enclosed a copy for your reference. <br /> Issue#2: <br /> CCR 2712(b)Records are not onsite. <br /> Response: <br /> Rudy Tovar found and printed all requested test results while you were onsite. Going forward we <br /> will be sending a Tabbed binder with all required testing and documents yearly. This should <br /> ensure all compliance documents are onsite and available in one place. <br /> Issue#3: <br /> Failed to inform the EHD of a change in Designated Operator. <br /> Response: <br /> Please see the enclosed Designated Operator form that was sent to San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health on 10/06/10. If this is not the right agency please let us know. <br /> Issue#4: <br /> DO inspection are not complete.Alarms are not documented. Required test dates are not noted. <br /> Response: <br />
