Continued UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST) PROGRAM INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Facility Address: 1789 W.Charter Way Stockton Inspection Date: 3/72/2008 <br /> Routine and Monitoring Certification Underground Storage Tank Inspection Report <br /> #4. Certification of Financial Responsibility/Letter from Chief Financial Officer-Repeat Violation <br /> Submit the documents that are required annually to our office. Correct by April 12, 2008 <br /> #12. UST Monitoring Equipment is Operational <br /> The mechanical line leak detector for the(87) Regular Unleaded failed the three gallon per hour leak test. The technician onsite did not <br /> have a replacement with him. The leak detector is required to be replaced immediately. A permit application is required to be submitted to <br /> our office by the next business day. The technician stated that he would be back tommorrow to install a new leak detector. It is the owner's <br /> responsibility to make sure that the leak detector is installed and a permit application is submitted by the next business day. On approval of <br /> the permit, a service request inspection will be conducted. <br /> #23. c-e Designated Operator Monthly Inspection Reports-Repeat Violation <br /> Upon reviewing the documents onsite,the D.O. Monthly Inspection Reports from October 2007-February 2008 could nott be located. <br /> The owner was not able to be reached to find the reports. Provide copies of the monthly inspection reports as stated above. Correct by <br /> April 12, 2008. <br /> Submit the Certification of Return to Compliance with a corrective actions statement and supporting documentation by April 12, 2008. <br /> Note: A small amount of water was removed from the 91 annular space.
